Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy: Purchases are packed and shipped within 3 days of purchase.  Tracking information will be sent to the email used to during check out.  Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. The Asaa Boutique is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. The Asaa Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping information, errors made by carrier, or lost or stolen packages.  Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us,  The Asaa Boutique will do our best to help- but any issues with packages once they are in turned over to the USPS should be addressed with the USPS.


Returns/ Refunds: Unfortunately at this time due to the COVID-19 we are not accepting returns, but if you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase please reach out to our customer service team via email (theasaaboutique@gmail.com ) so we can work to meet your needs.
