Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy: Purchases are packed and shipped within 3 days of purchase. Tracking information will be sent to the email used during check out. The Asaa Boutique LLC is not responsible for packages that are shipped to incorrect addresses. Please verify the address you enter for shipping before submitting order. If you feel that the shipping address entered is incorrect, please reach out via email (email@example.com) to correct as soon as possible. Ownership of packages turns over to the customer once the package is in possession of United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. The Asaa Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The Asaa Boutique LLC is not responsible for mis-delivery errors made by the carrier. Shipping is a service that you purchase from USPS or UPS alongside your purchase from The Asaa Boutique LLC.
Returns/ Refunds: The Asaa Boutique, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase please reach out to our customer service team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) with your order number and a picture of the issue so we can work to meet your needs.
